Club GalleryMDTDC Fall Brawl/Spring Fling at Kauffman Motorsports/SGS AutomotiveIn 2002, Mason-Dixon TDC held its first annual Fall Brawl Dyno event at Kauffman Motorsports. The club has since added the annual Spring Fling Dyno event. Even though Kauffman Motorsports moved once and has been reorganized as SGS Automotive Performance, they still graciously host our events twice a year. Fall Brawl and Spring Fling are opportunities for dieselheads from all across the mid-Atlantic and northeast region to get together and talk diesel performance, talk trash, and strap their DPVs onto the dyno to prove, once and for all, who has the most torque and horsepower (at least for that weekend.) Some attendees just compete while others wrench on their trucks and others; the owners of those other trucks are usually aware of the wrenching and often assist by holding the beer. Fall Brawl and Spring Fling could not happen without the help of the MDTDC membership and the club's sponsors and vendors. Our members provide the labor and organize the event. Our sponsors provide numerous prizes for the winners of the various competition classes.
